Each turn, one player rolls four symbol dice -- with sides that show a triangle, circle and cross -- then arranges these dice so that all of the dice touch in a formation for example a square, a line, an "s" Each player must then add this formation of symbols to their own gameboard, rotating the formation as desired or even placing some of the formation over the edge of the board, thereby throwing away those symbols. The one restriction is that you can't orient the formation so that a symbol would overlap one already on your board.
Once any player has completed their grid .or is stuck with spaces that can't be filled, the game ends. To score, you look for groups of symbols that are next to one another, with diagonal connections not counting. For any group with fewer than five symbols, as well as for empty spaces, you cross them out; for all of the remaining groups, you count the number of groups of each symbol and multiply that by the total number of symbols of that type. Sum the scores for the three types of symbols; high score wins.
