Pingu Party

 This is a German game, I will provide a rules translation

From the rule book :-

There’s a party at the Penguin’s place! They’rehaving a whale of a time, with icy-cool drinks,fresh fish and, best of all, the great penguinpyramid! The more penguins fit into the pyramid, and the higher it gets, the better. Together, players build a pyramid out of their cards. Each player tries to fit as many of the cards from their hand in the pyramid as possible. Players still holding cards at the end of the game must take penalty chips. If a player manages to put all cards from their hand in the pyramid, they return their chips. After several rounds, the player with the lowest number of penalty chips wins the game.
