Shipping

We ship to the UK and the European Union. We aim to ship all orders received before 12 noon on the same day. New releases will be shipped, at latest, one day after we have received them into our stock - however,

In the UK games are sent by standard,  first class, Parcel Force 48 post  and DHL and the charge is based on the  rate for the weight of the games (with the exception of DHL which has a flat charge of £6.99 regardless of weight). We will confirm that the games have been shipped by email. Standard post should arrive within 2 to 5 days, first class within 1 to 3 days, DHL between 1 and 3 days with 90% arriving within 1 day. If there are postal strikes these times can be significantly longer. I reserve the right to substitute one mail service for another if it is equivalent and will result in the games being delivered faster than by Royal Mail.

For Europe, items weighing less than 2KG are sent by airmail and for more than 2KG are delivered by ParcelForce  and should arrive within 3 to5 days.

I can offer express services to UK and  Europe please contact me for postage charges. I reserve the right to charge additional postage charges in the event that the only method of shipping to European countries is by air.

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure.

Our site is hosted by EKM powershop, and is protected by a 128 bit secure server.

Payments are processed by HSBC using a 100% secure system that does not endanger your credit or debit card details.

You may also send us a cheque, the goods will be sent out when the cheque has cleared.

You may also phone us to place your order with your credit or debit card details. Your card details will only be used to process the payment and not kept by Boardgameguru.

1. Take and complete customer orders
2. Administer and improve our website and service
3. Disclose information to third-parties solely for the purposes of goods delivery

Return / Refund Policy

Boargameguru complies with the requirements of the Distance Selling Regulations.

If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, you may return them and we will give you a full refund on the price of the games if returned in a re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If the goods are damaged or faulty please retain the packaging and contact us. We will ask you to return the damaged product to us and we will replace them and pay you for the cost of second class royal mail return postage or standard parcel. If we are unable to replace them we will give you a full refund, including the cost of return post.

Your statutory rights are unaffected by the above.

Complaints

We hope you never have to experience any problems with our service. However, should you have a complaint then contact us by phone, email or letter, and it will be dealt with promptly - we will endeavor to answer you within 3 working days. Any suggestions for improving our service  are most welcome.

Countries we will ship to

At present we will only sell goods to the UK and European Union through the website, If you are from a country outside these areas please contact me for a quote for games and shipping.

Currencies accepted

Sterling only.
