Shipping
We ship to the UK and the European Union. We aim to ship all orders received before 12 noon on the same day.New releases will be shipped, at latest, one day after we have received them into our stock , During the run up to Christmas and during other busy periods there may be short delays is dispatching goods due to the volume of orders.
In the UK games are sent by standard, first class, and Interlink and the charge is based on the rate for the weight of the games (with the exception of Interlink which has a flat charge regardless of weight). We will confirm that the games have been shipped by email. Standard post should arrive within 2 to 5 days, first class within 1 to 3 days, DPD between 1 and 2 days . If there are postal strikes or severe weather these times can be significantly longer. I reserve the right to substitute one mail service for another if it is equivalent and will result in the games being delivered faster than by Royal Mail. Please note that all orders for large quantaties of games will ship by Interlink
For Europe, items weighing less than 2KG are sent by airmail and for more than 2KG are delivered by DPD and should arrive within 4 to 7 days.
I can offer express services to UK and Europe please contact me for postage charges. I reserve the right to charge additional postage charges in the event that the only method of shipping to European countries is by air.
The collection option is only available if we agreed it in advance - please email to arrange
I reserve the right to change the method of shipment and for orders outside of Europe there may be a surcharge apllicable if the actual delivery cost is great than the amount charged
Pre-orders
Delivery dates are estimates and due to consitions beyond our control are liable to change. If you mix pre-orders and in stock games in the same order then the whole order will be dispatched when the pre-order arrives in stock.

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure.
Our site is hosted by EKM powershop, and is protected by a 128 bit secure server.
Payments are processed by REALEX (owned by HSBC) using a 100% secure system that does not endanger your credit or debit card details.
We do not store credit cards nor do we share customers details with any 3rd Parties

Return / Refund Policy
Boargameguru complies with the requirements of the Distance Selling Regulations.
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, you may return them and we will give you a full refund on the price of the games if returned in a re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If the goods are damaged or faulty please retain the packaging and contact us. We will ask you to return the damaged product to us and we will replace them and pay you for the cost of second class royal mail return postage or standard parcel. If we are unable to replace them we will give you a full refund, including the cost of return post.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by the above.
Complaints
We hope you never have to experience any problems with our service. However, should you have a complaint then contact us by phone, email or letter, and it will be dealt with promptly - we will endeavor to answer you within 3 working days. Any suggestions for improving our service are most welcome.

At present we will only sell goods to the UK and European Union through the website.
