Yes. Games are in stock and ready to dispatch unless they are Marked ‘Out of stock’ (and you will not be able to add ‘Out of stock’ Items to your shopping cart).
The only exception to this is with pre-orders
. A game which is available to pre-order will be clearly described as a pre-order in the game description and the date that it is expected in the shop.

When will you post my games?
Orders placed before 12 (noon) will ship same working day. Orders placed after 12 will ship the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend will ship on the following Monday. Please note Parcelforce24 is a next working day delivery service (i.e. Monday to Friday) . We do not post games at the weekend or on Bank holidays.
When will you post my order?
All orders placed before noon on a week day will be posted the same day - if placed after noon they will be posted the next working day. Very occasionally games will be posted a day later due to volume of orders

Will you consolidate orders for discount?
If you mix pre-orders (the game description will tell youif its a pre-order) and in stock games in the same order then the whole order will be dispatched when the pre-order arrives in stock.
What is Parcelforce?
Parcelforce is a next working day delivery courier service - i.e. next day from the postage date (not order date).
Is the Game I am purchasing an English edition?
Yes. Unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Can I collect games?
Yes. However it must be by arrangement. Collection is from our warehouse in Braintree, Essex and is from Monday to Friday (9am till 3pm).
Will you reserve a game for me?
Sorry no – we will try and ensure we have sufficient stock to make demand though.
You don’t stock a game, can you get it for me?

No – unless it specifically says in the description of the game
Where do I return games to?
Please contact us before returning games. Boardgameguru, Unit 3, The Studio Works, Coggeshall Road, Braintree, Essex, CM77 8EU. Please add a note to explain why it is being returned and ensure it is packed securely to protect the game from damage.
