Shipping
We ship to the UK , most of the European Union. We aim to ship all orders received before 12 noon on the same day where stock is held in our main warehouse. Please take note of any dispatch times mentioned in the product description that may be longer, such as 2-3 days due to the items being stored in a secondary unit which we need to transport over to our main waregouse..New releases will be shipped after we have received them into our stock , During the run up to Christmas and during other busy periods (including when we have a sale) there may be short delays is dispatching goods due to the volume of orders.
In the UK games are sent by Royal Mail first class or DPD Local Courier. All orders over 2 Kilos will be sent by DPD. DPD is a next working day delivery service (i.e. Monday to Friday). The charge is based on the rate for the weight of the games . We will confirm that the games have been shipped by email. In most cases deliveries should arrive one working day after the order is placed (during the Christmas period deliveries may take longer to arrive). If there are postal strikes or severe weather these times can be significantly longer. I reserve the right to substitute one mail service for another if it is equivalent and will result in the games being delivered faster than by Royal Mail. Please note that all orders for large quantities of games will ship by courier.
For Europe, most items weighing less than 2KG are sent by airmail and for more than 2KG are delivered by courier and should arrive within 3 to 8 days. For other countries it might take up to 10 days for your games to arrive.
The collection option is only available if we agreed it in advance - please email to arrange (items can only be collected during Weekday working hours from our warehouse Unit 4, Manor Industrial Estate, Manor House Avenue, Southampton, Hampshire, SO15 0LF.
I reserve the right to change the method of shipment and there may be a surcharge if the actual delivery cost is great than the amount charged

We accept paypal as a payment method. Delivery of games must be to an address you have registered with paypal.
Credit & Debit Card Payment
We accept credit and debit card payments through PayPals payment client.
Pre-orders
Delivery dates are estimates and due to conditions beyond our control are liable to change. If you mix pre-orders (or pre orders that arrive at different dates) and in stock games in the same order then the whole order will be dispatched when the pre-order arrives in stock.

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure.
Our site is hosted by EKM powershop, and is protected by a 128 bit secure server.
Payments are processed by PayPal using a 100% secure system that does not endanger your credit or debit card details.
We do not store credit cards nor do we share customers details with any 3rd Parties

Boardgameguru does not disclose your information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment (i.e Delivery companies) In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Game Pictures
The pictures we use of game may not be of the edition we are selling. The pictures are not part of an offer to sell and if you wish to obtain a specific edition please ask us before purchase which edition we have in stock.
Return / Refund Policy
Boargameguru complies with the requirements of the Distance Selling Regulations.
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, you may return them and we will give you a full refund (minus Paypal or Credit Card charges) on the price of the games if returned in a re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If the goods are damaged or faulty please retain the packaging and contact us within one month of purchase. We will ask you to return the damaged product to us and we will replace them and pay you for the cost of second class royal mail return postage or standard parcel. If we are unable to replace them we will give you a full refund, including the cost of return post.
Refunds on cancelled orders or games (not including damaged items) will have the Paypal or Credit Card fees we are charged deducted from the refund.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by the above.
Complaints
We hope you never have to experience any problems with our service. However, should you have a complaint then contact us by phone, email or letter, and it will be dealt with promptly - we will endeavor to answer you within 3 working days. Any suggestions for improving our service are most welcome.
